Levander Automotive was established in 1997 at 126 North Carey Street in Grand Island, Nebraska. As the customer basis grew, that location could no longer accomodate the service center. To better serve the customers, a new location was obtained and a 5,600 square foot building was built at 3708 Westgate Rd. In September 2001, the mechanical service center was the first to move into the new location and a few months later the collision repair center followed.

Since then, we have added new equipment to accommodate mechanical and collision repairs. The new shop now houses a new Hunter alignment machine and hoist, a frame measuring system, tire mount and balance machine to offer complete collision service. Along with the new equipment, new technicians were hired to maintain the growing facility. It didn't take long before the shop was filled once again.

In Septemeber 2005, Brian and Annette had made the decision to expand once again. An additional 5,600 square feet was added and the open house for the the new shop addition was in February 2006. With over 300 customers, friends and family attending the open house, the shop addition proved it's worth. The shop addition now houses the frame machine, measuring system, and the collision service center. With new insurance companies coming aboard to team up with Levander's, the shop addition has proved to be a vital part of the service center.
